**Responses**

- `200` — OK
- `202` — Accepted (\`Prefer: respond-async\` or \`?async\`, tree not yet built). Poll \`Location\` (the requested URL).
- `400` — Invalid paper ID
- `404` — Paper, version or part not found
- `422` — arXiv has no HTML for this version
- `429` — Rate limit exceeded
- `500` — Tree build failed
- `502` — arXiv (or another upstream) returned an error
